Jane Saffles-Granville, LCSW, CEAP, is a Field Consultant with the Department of Air Force Employee Assistance Program (EAP). She has experience working with adults in outpatient counseling, inpatient substance use treatment, and correctional settings, providing individual and group therapy, crisis support, and telehealth services. Jane approaches her work with curiosity and compassion, helping clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and make values-aligned decisions that support lasting change. She joined the EAP team in 2025 and is based in the United Kingdom, serving RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall, and RAF Alconbury, as well as other U.S. Air Force bases in the U.K. and Norway through virtual services. Jane holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from American University and a Master of Science in Social Work, along with a Graduate Certificate in Trauma Treatment, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
